How to Verify your Identity on Nkwa.

For the security of your saved funds, it is very important you do this!

To verify your account, please click on the bottom left of the app and it will take you to the settings. There is a menu of directions to follow. Please click on the various titles and follow the instructions. When you have filled each tab, please tap on Submit for review and wait for 3–5 business days for verification to be complete.

Tap on settings at the bottom right of your screen

On the next screen please tap on Verify my account

Fill/Upload the required information and click on “Submit for review”. Wait for 3–5 business days for verification to be complete.

You will get a white tick by the side of your name to show that your identity has been verified.
