As more and more services move online, verifying your identity has become an important step in ensuring the security of your money & personal information in the Nkwa app.
Our app requires users to verify their identity before they can access certain features or services. In this article, we’ll walk you through the easy process of verifying your identity in the Nkwa app.
Step 1: Open the app and click on the “settings icon” in the navigation tab
Step 2: On the Settings screen click on “verify my ID”
Step 3: On the verify account screen, you will have a series of information you need to provide as shown below
Step 4: Let's begin with providing your personal information
Step 5: Next will be to upload an image of the part of your National ID
Step 6: Next is to upload an image of the back part of your National ID
Step 7: Lastly, you will have to upload a selfie of you with your National ID
When you are done providing all these information, you should see a loading clock on the right of each item
If you can see that on each column, then give us 3–5 business days for your information to be reviewed and verified if everything is correct.
