To withdraw money from the Nkwa app is easy! You can withdraw your money saved on Nkwa Reserves at any time, but be wary of whether the withdrawal is on a free withdrawal date or not as you might attract a 3% charge for none free withdrawal days
Here are some things for you to note before you can withdraw from Nkwa Reserves
- The minimum amount you can withdraw from Nkwa Reserves is FCFA 100
- You need to leave a minimum balance of FCFA 1,000 for maintenance fees
- There are four free withdrawal dates in a year: March 31st , June 30th, September 30th and December 31st
Now, let's look at how you can withdraw from Nkwa Reserves 😎
Step 1: On your homepage tap on the Nkwa Reserves
Step 2: Tap on the “Withdraw” button.
Step 3: If it is not a free withdrawal date, you will receive a warning. Tap on “ Yes ” if you want to proceed to withdraw
Step 4: Enter the amount you want to withdraw and then click “withdraw”, your money will be sent to your Nkwa Flip and you can withdraw from there to your mobile money or orange money
Step 5: A pop-up will appear in order for you to go to your Nkwa Flip so you withdraw the money. Click on the button “Go to Flip” and you will be directed to Nkwa Flip
Step 6: Tap on the Withdraw icon
Step 7: Enter the amount you want to withdraw and the phone number to which the money will be sent to, then when you have provided the necessary details click on the “Withdraw” button
